In the Last used section, the projects last edited by the user currently logged in are listed in descending order by date/time of last editing. Projects can be permanently pinned to the top of the list as favorites using the pin icon. The list of projects is subdivided into Favorite, Today and Older. Projects that can no longer be found, for example if projects have been deleted are grayed out. Projects can be removed from the list using the delete icon.

The icons in the second column of the most recently used projects indicate whether a project was saved in a file (CEF, CEFX) or in a database (SQL, Access).

Projects can be imported from CEF or CEFX (CEF compressed as Zip) files using the import button.

All projects to which the logged-in user has access are listed in the project search area. Various filter settings make it possible to narrow down the selection.

Basic project data can be imported from Excel files using the corresponding Import from Excel file (project adapter) button.

This option is only available if the Spaix ProjectAdapter XLS add-on module is licensed and all configuration requirements are met.

A selected project in the list of recently used projects can be opened either by double-clicking on it or by selecting it and pressing the Open project button.
