When the Price Calculation tab is activated, the price list of the selected project is displayed in the preview area of the main window.
The upper section contains the price table with the individual and total prices for the main items and sub-items of the project. If the filter is disabled, sub-items not relevant to the price are also visible.
The columns visible in the table can be determined from the Selected Columns: function menu. Alternatively, the selection can be made via the context menu, which opens when right-clicking on the table header.
The lower section contains an overview of the total project price and its composition, including VAT and any project discount.
The total price of discountable products includes the subtotal of all items that can be considered when granting a project discount.
You can specify this accordingly in the Project Discount line.
The total price without VAT includes the above total price after considering the project discount, as well as the prices that are not included in the project discount. It represents the net price of the entire project.
The following line plus [..]% VAT shows the VAT amount, which corresponds to the percentage specified in the "Change Project Data" tab under "Settings". The total price [incl. VAT] represents the final gross price of the project.

The lines that refer to VAT (total price without VAT, plus [..]% VAT and the extension including VAT for the total price) are only visible if a value (>0) for VAT is specified in the Settings area of the Change Project Data tab. |
